Well and house and food is what you need to survive, they are probably struggling to put food on the table. It's not like food costs thousands of dollars and they probably have rented the house.

I don't know man, I've been in Mexico and lives among those people. Most have dirt floors, a tarp as a roof, and a foundation literally an inch into the ground. Comparatively speaking the poorest in America arnt that bad.

The poor in America have no home. They will live under brides if they have to. And food? Ha! They'll be lucky to get some crumbs!
