Ah, someone wants to know, eh?
Well you see, what I did is this:
I went to the pie chart maker, prepared all of the slices, and I then copied the image of my near-complete pie chart and pasted it into Microsoft Paint.
I took the paint bucket, and painted the huge slice white (The same color as the MS paint backround), and then I selected the entire pie chart with an empty huge slice, and then I selected "Transparent Selection" and dragged the selected image over to a picture of Giorgio Tsukalos (The aliens guy), and since the big slice was the same color as the backround, the transparent selection hovered the image over the aliens and and showed nothing but what was in that big slice, and then I just placed it over the aliens guy, cropped out everything but the pie chart, saved it, then uploaded it to Imgflip and submitted it.
