Hence me posting the picture of Esquerita, who was the template for Little Richard's style both looks-wise and musically - from piano to vocals. Richard totally ripped him off and yet had audacity to call himself the originator of Rock & Roll. He wasn't even the originator of himself. He didn't just imitate Esquerita, he was trained by him. Literally. Took Richard under his wing, and turned him from boring aspiring piano player to the Rockstar he became.
Meanwhile Esquerita faded into obscurity. I didn't even hear about him until about 1984.

But I digress. It's a shame looking up comments wasn't easier here, but then again, same old same old: Lifelong Democrat, voted for Obama both times, didn't even vote for Trump, etc, etc... yet is now a totally over-the-top ardent Trump supporter. I never got that, how could somebody call themself a Trump supporter if they didn't vote for him? How did Trump even get elected if the only people here who claim to have voted for him never even been to America?
