Counter point: If you don't play videogames, then you have to play toys or be bored and you know about toys, playing them as a teen or an adult is embarrassing (unless we're talking about "those" toys) but playing videogames isn't that embarrassing. Also, if toys are taken from you, then you would also get angry and eventually violent (just like getting videogames taken), right?

Are you saying that people don't deserve video games or toys?
No, I'm just saying that taking away videogames and toys lead to similar outcomes so there is basically no point to take away them. (Also if you don't have videogames and can only use toys, life would be boring and there will be nothing to do when you grow up. If ur wondering how the cavemen cured there boredom, it's because they have many things to discover unlike today where you already know everything at 10.)
I do play video games. I just don't get violent if they get taken from me. You should never respond with violence when any privilege is taken from you as a punishment.
I'm gonna tell you right now that if getting things like video games or toys taken away from you makes you violent, you need to get help. That is a huge indicator of more violent actions to come later in life.
