Differences:
Europa is one of our three moons, rather than Jupiter's, though it kept its thick ice layer due to futher distance from Earth than Moon or Tyx (a second, terraformed moon). Moon has its own cities.
The sun has its stellar engine with Dyson sphere that lets our solar system move (and extends our sun's lifetime well beyond 1 billion years, like 17-19.5 billion years from now), got that idea from Kurzgesagt
Planeptune has a colony near the gas planet Neptune (made by me)
Varkians have their own planet named Kokone/Hasbic with very strange alien animals
There is Counter-Earth that is largely unhabited.
We have our own ring world rotating around our planet, and Counter-Earth has its as well
Mars is colonized, but not terraformed, but Venus is. Martians exist.
Dinosaurs, Megalodon and many, many other extinct animals, even neathredals and other archaic humans (ex. Homo erectus, australopithecus, etc.) still exist. This also goes for mythical animals like unicorns, black lions, phoenix, etc. Lovecraftian towns like Arkham, Dunwich, Innsmouth, Kingsport and Manuxet River exist as well. The Earth has 10 continents, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, North America, South America, Antarctica, Arctica, Atlantis, El Kadsreian Islands and Kumari Kandam. The Karain semi-continent and lost lands like Avalon and Thule, as well as Aloha islands (from Pokémon, located near Hawaii) are intact too. Most notably the Gamindustri from Hyperdimension Neptunia is located on Earth, west of the United Kingdom.
Countries like Dothenna and Ostland do exist, moreover.
Some Star Wars planets (like Arkania, Coruscant, Pillio, Bespin, Crait, Alzoc III, Starkiller Base, Nevarro, Rishi, Ilum, Abafar, Ahch-to, Crait and Kessel), Star Trek planets (Pollux IV, Risa, Qo'nos and Andoria), as well as hypothetical planets like Phanteon, Vulcan, 55 Cancri E (the diamond planet) and Planet X are included too. The Nether (in vain of BetterNether and some from 1.16 Nether Update) from Minecraft is in Nevarro and the End (based on BetterEnd) and The Abyss (a Minecraft fanmade dimension) is in Phanteon. The Aether (another Minecraft fanmade dimension) meanwhile lies in Pollux IV.
