Actually @badelf, that allows them to show you NSFW content, not mark it. The owner has to do that.

Are you sure? Clicking the flag gives the message "Are you sure you want to flag this image as NSFW? An image should be flagged NSFW if it contains vulgar language or adult content."

If that's not how it works then that's really confusing.
