ok so you cant place bountys on people for their politecal or religas beliefs.You post the bounty as a meme.You put details of the person what they did.Put a link to the user in the comments of your meme.You don't get to choose the bounty hunter the first bounty hunter to comment "claimed" gets to keep it.

ya there are three

level 1 is just annoying people or arnt doing anything that bad just people telling them to stop
level 2 is racism ect.
level3 is threats and privacy leaks

you see the higher the threagt levels the more rare they are
