Not entirely true. I currently live in Manitoba, I pay zero for healthcare, but shitty service. I'm moving back to BC in a couple- 3 months, where I will havta pay approximately $150/ month. Each province is different. I also buy private insurance for those days I hurt myself at work or at play to cover time off injury expenses, should it come to pass.

There's some trumpkin logic for the ages. 100% of all insured dead people died anyway, so its basically unimportant whether you have it, unless you can't afford it, in which case get off the internet.
