It certainly is, I do have a problem with pregnant women crossing the border to have the kid on US soil as an "Anchor Baby" and since they were illegally here, the Child should not automatically be a US Citizen...It is wrong since the parents were here illegally.

I agree, just because it's "legal" doesn't make it right. This is why there is a push to change the law so that people born here are not automatically citizens unless their mother is here legally.

Well...there's actually no need to change any law. Think about it: if an American couple goes to a foreign country, stays for a while, and while there they have a baby, the baby is an American citizen. Not a citizen of the country it was born in. Likewise, children born to immigrants in America are only citizens if the immigrants are here legally AND have applied for and received American citizenship.

If that was true, why do pregnant women come here illegally to have their children? We give them citizenship even though their mother wasn't here legally when they were born.

I just have a run of the mill Rick River Varmint, with stainless 16" barrel. Not a unique rifle, but it's accurate, and I like it.

I have 4 that I built The retro A1 , A2 , Woody ,and I designed and built a .30 Carbine AR to shoot spire points that a standard M1 carbine cannot shoot. The 110gr to 124 gr. spire points are very accurate. I had to use High density Polyethelene blocks in std. 20 rnd mags and shorten the front section of the follower. I just didn't want to go to .300 BO and gear up for another caliber loading since I have lots of .30 carbine stuff.

No, it went over your head. I could see where you were trying to take your argument, and it's bullshit. They said right to take up and bear arms. Doesn't matter if it's a club, a machine gun, an AR, or a missile launcher. Nothing needs to be rewritten, discussed, changed, revisited, etc. 



Just because I can defend my family a little better than they could back in the day, doesn't mean I'm doing something outside the Constitution.



Has nothing to do with what they "meant". It's written in black and white.

no no no.. it did go far over your head. the comment was that the framers of the constitution could not foresee the evil scourge of illegal immigration.. and the suggestion was to change the law... well that won't work.. since citizenship is enshrined in the constitution.. therefore, you would have to apply modern standards and thinking to the constitution and amend it.. if it is OK to consider this to address "anchor babies".. then could someone not make the same argument that the framers could not foresee AR15s and in order to address what some would see as a problem, amend the constitution or repeal the 2nd amendment? That was the argument. And before you bring your snowflake rant at me, know that I have 6 AR15s and a dozen glocks, sigs, HKs...2 BARs.. so, I am a big gun guy.. just not an idiot.. and no the constitution is fine.. both of my kids are duel citizens..

Noooo.. I don't have any HK ARs I would love a 416 tho.. I have bushmaster X2 SW M&P MOE Mid , DPMS flat top heavy, Sig MXC 300BO and a custom build in 6.8SPC... I saw on instagram that H&K will be building a factory here in the US somewhere.. would love a G36... I could win the powerball tomorrow and be broke the day after... broke and very well armed...we agree.. AR 15s are not a problem! Cheers.

Oh so you Are one of those people while you gripe about the second Amendment , you support Illegal Acts , while people like me were fighting crime and Terrorists In the Military and as Law Enforcement to protect your Liberal Ass . I'm over 60 and evidently there is no need to do away with my "little AR" since its no match for a missile...And you are a fool if you think voting protects the First amendment.Just ask all the Jews and Germans who were voters who were slaughtered in WW2 or the Millions of Russians , Chinese, and Many other countries who massacred unarmed civilians who were voters.What I want is the Law followed and enforced to stop the Illegal Immigration that costs 113 billion tax dollars a year and is eating away at our sovereignty as well as our Communities when we have Homeless veterans living on the streets . You need to stop living in Liberal Fantasy Land because there is No Utopia . I bet you lock your doors at night and why is that ? You forget however that he pays Federal employment taxes, property taxes, sales taxes, Workmans Comp, bed taxes and if his taxes weren't paid he would have the IRS up his butt. My son is a Federal employee with a "secret" security clearance and he has contacts in the FBI, ICE and Home Land Security. During the Obama administration immigrants caught on our side while making an illegal crossing were detained, documented, questioned and released... On our side. Plenty of those agents bitched about not being able to do their job.

Actually, there is a law unfortunately that says babies born in america are natural citizens of the united states, so unfortunately, it is illegal to deport the kids.
