Maybe because she did it a whole lot less. In the end, they both ended up speaking about the same amount of time, but Trump interrupted her and spoke over the moderators a lot more than she did the same.

The moderators were debating Trump on Hillarys behalf! they continually cut Trump off and continually allowed her to talk without cutting her off. and they continually shut down Trumps supporters and let Hillarys support shout and scream when they wanted.
