Yes...they do still register...when you hit the back button, you're basically going back to the page as it was before you up voted the comment...the upvote still stands tho...

That's not an easy question to answer...my meme's seem to make it because of my popularity...the best advice is to make as many funny meme comments on front page meme so people will get to know you...those meme are seen the most...make friends, be respectful to others...and don't be a WHINER...if you're funny, you will make it.
