MMD is shortened for MikuMikuDance. MMD is a studio that you can download and create dances/other character movements with the modules you download.
But, some MMD studio modules look different like Hatsune Miku here has many different MMD modules, as shown in the meme).
But sometimes, the MMD can suck xD. Like, the characters hair is so long it flies everywhere and lags. It's hilarious and cringey.

So, that's basically what MMD is. I just thought the Mario in your meme looked like MMD.

The rumor that orange rhymes with no other word is incorrect. Orange rhymes with Blorenge (a mountain in Wales) and sporange (a sac where spores are made). Silver has the same rumor going for it, but it actually rhymes with Wilver (a nickname) and chilver (a ewe lamb). Boy, am I fun at parties!
