Well doing the sex stuff is a bad idea because that usually makes you wake up, but you could do it. And I'd recommend not killing people, even if it's someone you hate, since that's actually destroying a part of your subconscious, so killing a lot of people is essentially slowly killing your subconscious. But there is a channel on YouTube called "explore lucid dreaming", I do believe, and that has a ton of tutorials on different methods to lucid dream and all that

This is due to REM sleep which is the point of your sleep in which is easiest to wake up. This type of sleep happens on your most intense part of the dream and although it can save your bacon it can also become a pest. (Do not put the nerd emoji please)
